Return Policy (FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES):
  • Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact. Shoes must remain in their original packaging.
  • Returns MUST be made within 7 days of purchase date to receive STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • After 15 days of original purchase we cannot except any form of return or exchange.
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE: SALE, CLEARANCE, COCKTAIL DRESS, and beauty products.
  • Please ship items back to: Apres 422 Broad Street, Sewickley, Pa 15143. 
Return Policy (FOR ONLINE PURCHASES):
  • If your purchase doesn’t work out, please ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please  email to let us know if a purchase is coming back and to obtain an RA number.

  • You will be issued a credit to the original credit card used within 48 of arrival of package minus shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, so please use "signature required" on all packages coming back.
  • If exchanging, please send and email to info@apresonline.com or call us to process the exchange.
Shipping:
  • All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to release signature please choose that option at checkout.
  • Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
  • $10 Flat rate shipping + Free ground shipping on US orders over $200.
  • FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ITEM(S) SHIP WITHIN 7-15 DAYS, HOWEVER WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS DELAYS. SHIPPING IS FREE WITH A PURCHASE OF $400 OR MORE.
Privacy Policy:

  • Apres Boutique respects the privacy of its customers and takes the security of your personal information very seriously.   We do not disclose any of your personal information that you provide either during registration or in your profile without your consent. All of our customers' profile information is stored on a restricted database server and is used only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. Profile information will never be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner. At any point our customers can access their account information, and have the opportunity to correct, update, or modify this information.
